Electric pot heating method

There are four main heating methods for electric pots on the market, namely bottom heating, upper and lower three-dimensional heating, three-dimensional heating and IH electromagnetic heating.

1. Heated Shell: Heats downwards when viewed from the inside, then transfers heat to the ingredients inside. This heating method has low production cost but uneven heating.
   
2. Three-dimensional upper and lower heating: refers to the heat generated at the bottom of the electric pot, transferred to the top of the electric pot, and then refracted from top to bottom, thus forming an upper and lower three-dimensional heating
3. Three-dimensional heating: The inner tank is heated three-dimensionally by the top cover, side walls and heating plate at the same time. It can make the inner pot heat more evenly, prevent steam from flowing back into the pot, and achieve better cooking results.
4. IH electromagnetic heating: directly heats the inner pot and generates magnetic lines of force. The principle is the same as that of an induction cooker. It bypasses the heat conduction process of the hot plate, heating up faster, and can control the cooking of rice more precisely, making the rice more fragrant and sweeter.

The inner material of the rice cooker has a direct impact on the rice. The inner part is the part that is in direct contact with the heating plate and the part that is in direct contact with the food. Different interior viewing materials will bring different effects.

1. Stainless steel interior: 304 plate is used. Stainless steel has excellent stainless and corrosion resistance.
2. Tao Jing Naizhan: The advantage is that it is more convenient to clean, just wipe it gently. The porcelain crystal has better non-stick properties.
3. Topaz honeycomb inward view: can have good thermal conductivity effect. The side structure can improve the heat collection efficiency, the rice is heated more three-dimensionally and evenly, and the taste is more fragrant.
4. Purple sand inside: It is a relatively new material that contains a variety of substances that are beneficial to the human body. Therefore, it is the first choice for people who pay attention to health, but the energy consumption is high and the heating power is relatively average.
5. Inside view of the ball cauldron: It adopts thick cauldron technology and an overall structure composed of 6 layers of materials, which can efficiently absorb the IH fire power. The heat can instantly pass through the rice core, stimulating the original aroma of the rice and releasing the sweetness of the rice to its heart's content. .
